Marco has more than 15 years of experience in the food & beverage industry business. He worked in Academia, in SMEs and in large corporations. He works with various major player in the food transformation (i.e.:Nestlé, Nespresso ) in scouting and innovation activities.
Today he's the CEO of a "collaborative innovation" company called Altrove Innovation and he's the ideator of AIM, a survey based Software to manage organization's innovation processes.
