Stephanie Buri

Stephanie is Scientific Collaborator & Coordinator of Food & Beverage Saviva Chair at the EHL School of Lausanne. The mission of the Saviva F&B Chair is to develop knowledge and solutions for students and stakeholders of the restaurant industry by focusing on emerging changes and sustainable innovations in the industry.

Aurelian Jaggi

Aurelian is Co-Founder of Eaternity & Head of Technology. Eaternity is the company developing a comprehensive management solution for the restaurant industry that gives restaurant owners intelligent insights into the supply-chain and enables smart decision-making for the benefit of people, planet and profit.

Katherine Foster

Katherine is the Development Lead of the Sustainable Land Use theme for Climate-KIC, Europe’s official PPP on Climate Innovation and Europe’s largest climate impact accelerator. Former Canadian diplomat, she served on key international postings contributing to global initiatives on Climate, Human Security, and International Trade. Katherine has also made significant contributions in research and teaching, as well as to educational film and cultural programming. She also serves as an advisor and coach to start-ups leading many to key awards and investments. 

Benoît Stadelmann

Benoît is WWF Switzerland's Head of Departement for the french-speaking part of Switzerland. He's specialist in species & ecosystem concepts, conservation and biodiversity analyses & management. For more than half a century, WWF has been working to protect the world's species and natural places, pushing for a more sustainable world. By working with others ­local communities, governments, business, other NGO’s ­ they are defining new ways of working that will make a difference at a scale that matters to help redefine humanity’s relationship with the planet.

João Nuno Almeida

João is Managing Director at Foodways Consulting & Project Manager at foodwaste.ch. He wrote his Master's thesis on the topic of food waste in Switzerland and has since played a key role in developing this agenda. His experiences at the Portuguese Ministry of Economy (Lisbon) and at Syngenta Crop Protection (Basel) sparked an interest in the complex challenges facing a sustainable food system, and led him to set up Foodways alongside Markus and Jürg in 2012.

Marco Iotti

Marco has more than 15 years of experience in the food & beverage industry business. He worked in Academia, in SMEs and in large corporations. He works with various major player in the food transformation (i.e.:Nestlé, Nespresso ) in scouting and innovation activities. 

Today he's the CEO of a "collaborative innovation" company called Altrove Innovation and he's the ideator of AIM, a survey based Software to manage organization's innovation processes.
